Welcome to VideoTV!
QUICK UPDATE
LIVE TV
TGM
This year, 2012, haev moved back to West Cork adn now in the throes of setting up a Community TV initiative in the area. Currently we are negotiating studio facilities in conjunction with the West Cork Development Partnership (WCDP) and programming should start before the Summer festivals get started.
Watch this space!!!.
It uses two Canon SDI High Def (4:4:4) cameras, one Standard Def Canon XL-2 (4:1:1) and all connected to a 4:4:4 video switcher incorporating LiveMatte chromakeyer. Has to be seen to be believed!
TUTORIALS: Right now we are developing a series of OnLine tutorials for the ECDL. PreRelease versions can be accessed at www.VideoTV.ie/ECDL/Module2 and www.VideoTV.ie/ECDL/Module3. If you like what we are doing, and would like to support our work - adverts are overlaid by Google and we get a very small contribution everytime a viewer clicks to follow an advert, or allows a video advert play to the end.
If you are a budding journalist, studying journalism or would simply like to get in front of a camera get in touch and I might be able to give you access for 'free' (well nothing is completely free - bring your own food, leave the place clean after you and give something towards ESB cost for lighting etc). This is your chance to hone your skills, improve your CV ... get a headstart on the career ladder.
The same goes for students of multi-media (especially Videography), come along and get involved.
